CROCKETT, Justice. This suit was instituted to enforce a written contract to purchase cookware for $279.50, and for attorneys fees. Upon issue joined and trial to a jury, a verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff. But it awarded him only nominal damages of $1.00 and $75.00 attorneys fees. Pursuant to a motion, the district court entered judgment notwithstanding the verdict (n. o. v.), increasing the award of damages to $100.00.
