WUEST, Chief Justice This is an appeal from an order denying relief. We affirm. Petitioner, Douglas Logan, was indicted for rape in the first degree and was later arraigned before Judge Gene Paul Kean. Judge Kean explained the right to trial by jury, the right to confront hostile witnesses and the privilege against self-incrimination. The Judge also advised petitioner that a guilty plea would constitute waiver of these rights. Petitioner pled not guilty.
