The principal issue we address in this opinion is whether all proceedings brought by a convicted felon to gain relief from a judgment of conviction were barred by applicable statutes of limitation. Holding that one motion filed by Douglas Housley for expungement of his felony conviction was timely, we remand for further proceedings on that motion; otherwise, we affirm the orders dismissing Housleys petition for post-conviction relief.
